Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones. They are often basalt, a black volcanic rock that absorbs and retains heat well.
Hot stone massage is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage. The heat of the stones supports even the tightest muscles to release.

Ayurvedic Therapeutic Massage
‘Ayu’ means Age, life
‘Vedic’ means Knowledge, wisdom (of life)
Ayurvedic massage removes fatigue and toxins by stimulating all the body systems.
Resistance to disease, strengthening the immune system and increasing longevity are further benefits of this ancient Indian treatment.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life energy”. So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life energy.”
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement administered by “laying on hands”, providing you with a profound sense of peace, balance and well being.

Shiatsu is a form of Oriental Therapy evolved from a 5000 years old tradition of healing arts.
Shiatsu utilizes pointed pressure along energy lines.
Some benefits of Shiatsu include: stress and muscle stiffness reduction, removal of fatigue accumulated in the body, increased circulation of blood and lymph as well as increased vitality, stamina and energy (Qi).

Sports Massage
Sports massage loosens sore muscles and tight joints, providing strength and flexibility.
Amongst other techniques, stretching and shaking in a supportive way, releases tension and restores balance to the musculo-skeletal system.

Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is a gentle, yet effective treatment that promotes detoxification.
Gliding strokes, kneading movements and circular pressures, as well as other techniques, flush the tissue of lactic acid, uric acid and other metabolic waste.
This method affects the nerves, muscles, glands and circulation.

Thai Massage
Thai massage is an interactive manipulation of the body using passive stretching and gentle pressure with hands and feet along energy lines.
Receiving a Thai massage is a bit like doing yoga without putting forth any effort while also getting acupressure treatments!
Thai massage creates space is in the muscoskeletal structure, the body begins to open and regain flexibility and ease of movement, while the mind gently returns to calm alertness.
Sessions are performed on a floor mat with the client dressed in comfortable loose clothing.

Salt Scrub
A saltscrub is a transformative treatment to amplify release and renewal.
Grinded Hawaiian sea salt is mixed with oil and applied to the body with long flowing massage strokes, activating the skin, encouraging detoxification and cleansing.
With warm water and a gentle wash cloth we take off the salt, toxins and old parts of the skin and complete this wonderful treatment with soothing and refreshing lotions.

Mud Pack
A mudpack is a rejuvenating healing modality to enforce detoxification.
High quality mud, enriched with minerals and sometimes healing herbs is applied to the body.
To keep the moisture, the body gets wrapped in foil. Now it’s time to rest and to let the mud absorb toxins, while the nurturing presence of the practitioner and gentle healing touch support release and relaxation.
Shower off the mud before receiving a soothing massage with great skin care products.
